SBS releases three new still-cuts of “The Big Bang Show”! [NEWS]

SBS is steadily building hype for their upcoming special program with Big Bang, and its producers have just kicked things up a notch by unveiling three still-cuts from the boys’ second recording!

The first recording was held on February 18th amidst 500 fans, and centered around performances of their past hit tracks. The second recording, which was held on the 23rd and was closed off to the public, unveiled performances of their new tracks, “Tonight,” “What Is Right,” “Cafe,” and “Somebody to Love.”


For each stage, the boys not only displayed their perfect manners, but they also showed off a variety of different concept outfits which emphasized the group’s growth.

The program will also include footage of their “Secret Garden” parody, which was originally an exclusive feature for their three-day “Big Show” concert later on this week.

On ‘Ideal-Type-World-Cup’, G.Dragon picked YoonA as his ideal type over the other 3 SNSD members – Tiffany, SooYoung, and Hyoyeon.

On the episode of “Strong Heart” aired on the 22nd, G.Dragon revealed an incident that happened during his friend’s birthday. He went bowling with his friends, and because he was drunk, he performed a comical dance [막춤 (makchum)] in front of SNSD.

G.Dragon stated:

“I’m not really close with SNSD members. However, when I heard afterwards that I danced in front of YoonA, Tiffany, HyoYeon, and SooYoung, I was pretty surprised. I’m not usually a person who would do those kind of things.”

As Kang Hodong was listening the story, he asked G.Dragon who, amongst YoonA, Tiffany, SooYoung, and HyoYeon, is his ideal type.

G.Dragon picked YoonA as the final winner. Upon the request of a video message, G.Dragon said:

“I really don’t know why they are telling me to convey this message. The last time we met at a bowling game, I made some mistakes. I’m usually not like that.”

Big Bang has over 10,000 reservations for their album on the Cyworld BGM charts [NEWS]

Big Bang has surpassed the records set by Seo Tai Ji.

On the 16th, digital music site Cyworld started taking advance orders for all the songs on Big Bang's upcoming mini album to be released on the 24th.

The current event uses the online currency of 30 dotoris (acorns), and as of the 22nd Big Bang has managed to sell over 10,000 online copies in just 6 days. This number far surpasses the record that Seo Tai Ji set in just a week on the same site in 2008. At the time Seo Tai Ji had sold 5084 reserved online copies and surprised many digital chart managers. TVXQ also held the same event when releasing their 4th album and recorded around 6,500 online reservations for their album.
Big Bang has overwhelmingly passed the records set by Seo Tai Ji and TVXQ. In Seo Taiji's case they managed to double his sales. Seo Tai Ji and TVXQ at the time had the fact that they had not released an album in a long time in common. Seo Taiji came back after a 4 year absence, while TVXQ came back after 2 years.
